tomoscan

tomoscan aims to provide an unified interface to read tomography acquisitions (scans) from several file formats. For now it can handle:

• nexus format (using NXtomo - HDF5)

• spec - format (using edf)

Note

You can also convert EDF dataset to obtain an HDF5 - NXTomo compliant file by using nxtomomill. tomoscan will not produce any other file.

Note

Volume load/save (EDF, JP2K, TIFF, HDF5, multitiff) moved to volio in tomoscan 3.0. Shared base classes (identifiers, TomoObject…) moved to tomobase.
